This diet works like a charm! However every body type is different hence the results may vary. You know your body well, if u have any kind of ailments, consult your doctor first.

P.S: Eggs in this plan should be consumed with yolk.
Eggs should be BOILED ONLY.
Green Tea should be consumed plain (No sweeteners)
Eggs can be seasoned with little salt & black pepper
(No Mayo/ Sauce)
This is an egg diet plan ( egg is the primary ingredient), pls do not ask me substitute for eggs.

Regarding the Cholesterol in Eggs:
Eggs include HDL cholesterol, also known as great cholesterol. This kind of cholesterol is harmless for your well-being – it can enable the body produce more vitamin D and hormones like estrogen, testosterone and cortisol.
It can lower the amounts of bad cholesterol and will not raise the danger of cardiovascular diseases.

    I started this diet last week and only managed to stick to it for 6 days as I was sick of eating eggs. I lost 4.3kg (9.48 pounds) which is amazing since I did very little to no exercise. I lost 4cm off my hips which is great as I am very overweight, and that's where the fat likes to hang around. I also could tell that there was a little change in my waist measurements too. I liked the fact that the diet has helped me understand the difference between hunger and thinking that I'm hungry when I really wasn't. Thank you!!

    Hi Vicky so far I'm on day 4 with this diet and it's pretty tough. So far I lost about 6lbs Which is great and keep me motivated but is there any substitute for the egg for oatmeal dinner. I'm already sick off the eggs and was wondering if there's any other option. Thank you and I'll keep you posted with my final results after day 10.
